Pre-orders and fulfillment

Certain products offered by Vice Legacy are available for pre-order and may not be ready for immediate dispatch.

Estimated shipping dates or dispatch windows are communicated to customers. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If we are unable to ship within the originally communicated timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the applicable options to accept a delay or cancel the order and receive a refund, in accordance with applicable law.
